Inspirations: Grace, purity & delicacy
A show where the keywords are the likes of "grace, purity and delicacy" can only mean one direction with the make-up, light, illuminated and minimal. And so it was at Valentino's 2013 Spring Couture show. Complexions were flawless and illuminated. A light tint of natural rose coloring were applied on the lips and eyes were the focus, open with a hint of magic in them, natural soft mascara lined the eyes and lids were dusted with a sweep taupe. Well groomed brows framed the face.
Hair was a bit more complex but still stuck to the theme that rang of innocence and nothing seems to say this better than the middle parted do that ended with a low bun at the nape of the neck. Whisps of hair crowned the face and the only accessory was a natural one, skinny braids down the sides of the head that were pulled back with the bun.
